How can you incorporate Pantone’s Color of the Year “Living Coral” into your content? Corals can be such a bright and vibrant color! Why not take advantage of a color that is proven to sell?

Corals are created with adding red, yellow and white. One of my favorite examples of coral used in a brand is airbnb! It is very eye catching and the white logo pops very well with it!

Another logo that uses coral is asana. The 3 dot triangle is simple and elegant. The coral color fades from the use of yellow to a darker coral.

There are many other ways to use coral… one of my personal favorites is the combination of coral & gray. When it comes to this color combination, I prefer a lighter coral to mix with!It offers such a soft and appealing look!

Another way to use coral is to pair it with equally vibrant colors. From the very first picture, you can see coral reed looks stunning amongst the deep rich blues and bright yellows! Coral is a beautiful color in nature but is also rare.

Pantone is not the only company that announces a color of the year. There any many other design and paint companies that create them as well. Some that I am very familiar with include Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore (paint companies).

These colors are chosen very strategically and reflect something that is going on in the world. For example, living coral can easily reflect on our oceans coral reefs and how we can make a change to save our planet!

I hope you enjoyed this article!
